Funeral Prayer Card Template — Religious Cross Design

A prayer card is one of the most personal keepsakes from a memorial service — a small, tangible reminder that guests carry with them long after the ceremony ends. This template features a reverent cross design in navy, gold and cream, with Psalm 23 printed on the reverse side, creating a double-sided card that honors both faith and memory.

The 4 x 6 inch format is the standard prayer card size used by funeral homes across the country. Simply open the file in Microsoft Word, replace the placeholder text with your loved one's name, dates and a personal scripture or poem, then print on quality cardstock at home or at any local print shop. The layout is professionally designed so every element — borders, fonts, spacing — stays in place as you edit.

Instant digital download. You receive the editable Word (.docx) file and a step-by-step PDF instruction guide immediately after purchase. Compatible with Google Docs for those who prefer working online. Create as many copies as you need for your service — there are no printing limits.
